Delivery Policy

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am - 8pm.

  • All orders require an adult signature upon delivery.

  • CheyenneKimora will not be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond CheyenneKimora’s control.

  • All international orders require a reachable email address, and phone number- All international orders are subject to duties ,taxes and any other import fee depending on the item’s customs value.

How can I track my order

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, Carriers will reattempt to deliver your package a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our studio.

Are there any delivery restrictions?
