Every CheyenneKimora piece is made to order in our Los Angeles studio. Nothing is premade. Your piece is created after your order is placed — specifically for you. Current production time is 3-5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping notification when it leaves us.

shipping We ship domestically and internationally. Domestic delivery is 2-3 business days after production. International timelines vary by destination. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. All orders are hand-packed before they leave the studio.

Returns All sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 5 days of delivery at hello@cheyennekimora.com with your order number and photographs. We will make it right.

Tilt your head forward and smooth the fabric downward, making sure the front covers your hairline. Cross straps along the back and bring forward to tie, adjusting to your desired tightness.
